We recommend some of the activities you should consider doing when you visit Holbox:

Visit Isla Pájaros, a small island located in the Yalahau Lagoon, a refuge for a great diversity of birds, such as pelicans, white ibis, ducks, herons, storks and flamingos. It is a protected area so access on foot is not allowed, only from the lookout point.
Take a dip in the Yalahau cenote, an eye of water surrounded by mangroves and lush vegetation that you can admire from the viewpoint. You will enjoy swimming in its sweet and crystalline waters. The legend of this place says that it has curative properties, which is why it is known as the "fountain of eternal youth".
